Asa Pechin is extremely responsive. I could tell from early on that he is a great agent because he followed up with me. He sent me potential properties personally by text on a daily basis.
As buyers looking for investment properties our criteria changed a lot over the course of looking for properties and Asa was able to pivot with us with ease. There were a couple of occasions where we had to back out of a deal or withdraw our accepted offer and Asa was completely understanding of our decisions.
Our purchase had a difficult escrow but Asa handled it with total control. After escrow Asa was extremely flexible and willing to help us while we made our move from out of state.
